SIDEARM does offers the ability to take payments directly through your Form/Survey. If the option is not already active on your site, reach out to SIDEARM support at support@sidearmsports.com to have the Form/Survey turned on for collecting payments.
With payment forms, there is typically a 90/10 revenue split in your favor, with all credit card payments are processed on our end(check your contract for any details specific to you). Revenue will come in quarterly checks from our parent company, Learfield
Once the option is active, you can start by creating your Form/Survey in the system as normal. From there, you'll have the ability to make it a payment form when you go to the Payment Form Options tab on the form, and this is where you can go in and fill out the field for Email, the invoice details.
The Payment Form Type option allows you to either set a fixed price, allow the user to specify the amount, or you can tie it to a field on your form.

When looking at the Payment Form Option fields specifically, the first couple are related to the invoice that goes to our Accounting team. So you would enter your email and then create a unique Invoice Name and description info that fits.
Payment Form type determines the type of payment that is being accepted. Fixed Price sets the fixed price that will be charged to each users.
If you have the price set as a Quantity Dropdown, then you can add in a Quantity Select Box field, so that users can select the quantity that they want to purchase, so that could be for something like tshirts or anything that they can choose more than 1 of.
Specify Amount allows you to connect to a Text field, so that users can type in the amount that they want to pay. You would need to setup a Text field and check the option that it is a Payment Field and type in the initial amount.
