This menu gives users the ability to add, edit or archive users for both student-athletes and coaches/support staff - 

  • Groups: Lists user group this user is assigned to
  • Rank: Allows admins to assign a rank to each user, which is used in terms of priority for waitlist tickets
    • That ranking system can be whatever you prefer it to be, but has to be numerical
    • Ex. 1-4 with 1 being the highest for seniors and/or 5th years, 2 for juniors, and so on
  • Edit: Edit user information
  • Guests: Edit user guest information
  • Login As: Allows site admins to login as that user in order to request tickets on their behalf
  • Archive: Removes user from "active" user list. Archived users can also be un-archived if necessary
